![]() ![]() ![]() main debug: processing request item: 192.168.31. Below is the log of events after I attempted to connect my desktop (192.168.31.75) to my laptops (192.168.31.18) stream. like ten seconds or half a minute or more is not. these two computers can stream video through windows media player flawlessly. Unpausing after a few moments is fine, unpausing after. Not sure if this matters, but I am running Mac OS X 10.5.8 and the latest version of VLC. hi evereyone, i got a problem with VLC player, duh using 3.0.16, every single time I pause a video, the current paused frame gets stuck/frozen whenever I unpause the video after a short while. I have looked through the file info for those in question and compared them to the working files and there does not seem to be any discernible difference. Is this an issue with VLC? Could I have somehow damaged all the files in this folder, and not the others? Like I said, all the files for the other discs work optimally. Basically no files in the VIDEO_TS folder for this disc will open. I have even attempted to open the individual video files (these are the VOB files, yes?) to the same end. this is the backup, correct? Same result. I have also tried opening the VIDEO_TS.BUP file. VLC seems to be loading the file for a moment (I get the moving stripey loading bar), and then it just stops and nothing happens. ![]() I have tried opening the VIDEO_TS.IFO file in VLC by dragging it, opening within the program, and directing the file to "open with" VLC. It still works perfectly on the other nine, it's just this one that has the problem. I have watched the series through twice without incident in the past, but suddenly VLC cannot open the VIDEO_TS files on one of the discs. If the test fails, ensure to write down the error code and validation code, and contact Dell Technical Support. So I downloaded a TV series, 10 discs, each with its own VIDEO_TS folder, so they all have fully operating menus and such.If the test passes, go to the next step.Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press the Enter key. When the Dell logo appears, press the F12 key to enter the One-time Boot Menu. ![]() Running Dell SupportAssist Preboot System Assessment or enhanced Preboot System Assessment (Dell PSA or ePSA) If the computer can boot into Windows and has an active Internet connection, run a hardware diagnostic test on the sound or audio card using Dell SupportAssist. Running hardware-diagnostic test using Dell SupportAssist If your video is failing to convert or is unable to play for the entire duration, its likely that your source file contains corruption.
